Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive an item that you believe is faulty or defective, please contact us directly on Instagram by sending a DM to @2thousand.ca

Include the following in your message:

• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video of the product showing the fault (if possible)

We will review your message and, at our sole discretion, may work with you to find a fair solution. This does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or any other form of compensation.

• We are not responsible for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing/colour selection.
